Samantha Balcom
Representing both sellers and buyers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Samantha has been successfully selling homes since her transition from teaching in 2015. She takes pride in her full service Real Estate business, and treats each client with respect. Samantha is honest, knowledgeable, and will work harder than most to help achieve your Real Estate dreams. Her local market expertise and non-confrontational negotiating skills have proved beneficial in both the home purchasing and selling arenas. Samantha's background in Education has helped her communication and organizational skills. Samantha will provide in depth information on local areas to help buyers narrow down their preferred location. For Sellers, Samantha takes advantage of recent advertising trends to create maximum exposure for your home. She will show buyers, negotiate contracts, navigate inspections, take charge of all paperwork and important dates, and communicate with lenders and Title reps to schedule closings. Selling and/or buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make, and Samantha is someone you can trust.
Samantha lives in Keller with her husband, James and three young children. She taught 9th grade World Geography for six years in Keller ISD before transitioning into Real Estate. She likes to volunteer on the Childcare Team at her Church, as well as at her local Elementary School.
