Laiken enjoys working with buyers & sellers, while making the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible for her clients. Recently, she was voted 2018 Best of the Berkshires, for Best Realtor, by her past clients. Through the process, she feels it is essential to be available every step of the way. Her biggest joy, is seeing the smiles on the faces of her clients when they find their dream home, or when a home is sold! She looks forward to growing her relationships with her clients, and their friends & family. Laiken finds it very rewarding to be a part of such a special time in her clients’ lives.
Laiken was born and raised in the beautiful Berkshires. She has always had a passion for homes, design, and decorating. She pursued this interest through a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design at the International Academy of Design and Technology, in Tampa, Florida. In addition to real estate and design, Laiken enjoys outdoor activities, running, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
