Hello! A big warm hello to all of you. My name is Katie Mullin, and I'm here to Match you with your dream home.

When I was young, I fell in love with real estate, begging my parents to take me to open houses on the weekends. After having my kids and transitioning from the corporate world as a Marketing Director for over 10 years, I decided to go for it and start matchmaking buyers and sellers with the home of their dreams. I've got a great team of seasoned brokers and agents working at Coldwell Banker Village Properties and feel confident working with the #1 agency in Fallbrook, CA.

I spend most of my day househunting for fun and love every minute of it. For me, what I do is so much more than just a job; it's something I picture myself doing for years to come because it allows me to assist clients in finding their perfect home fit, and I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I'm also a mom and obsessed with spending time with my kids, husband, and horses (mainly in that order) in my free time.
