My name is Courtney Runyon and I have been living in the Triangle area for the last ten years with my husband, our two beautiful children and our Bernese mountain dog. I graduated from UNC - Chapel Hill and have had so much pleasure in getting to be a part of the wonderful and caring culture that exists throughout the Triangle.
I can sit here and tell you I have strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, and so forth – and of course, I do – but one thing I want to share with you, is my passion to help others find their home. I got into real estate because I fell in love with the industry. I fell in love with the homes and the character each one has. But most importantly I fell in love with the people; in hearing their stories and really getting to know their wants and needs.
